 +Hier findet ihr die Grundeinstellungen von Ende November 2013. Geändert hat sich inzwischen:
 +  - Wir verwenden zwei [[cura_shell-thickness|shells]] und gleichzeitig 100% infill overlap, so dass die innere Randschicht vom Infill komplett überlagert wird, während das äussere des Druckteils unangetastet bleibt. So stellen wir sicher, dass unzureichender Riemenspannung Infill und Shell ordentlich miteinander verbunden sind.  +  - Wir lassen den Infill mit sehr hoher Geschwindigkeit laufen und fahren die Aussenlinie dafür langsamer. Seit mit den neuen Cura-Versionen ist es nämlich möglich zwischen diesen beiden Fällen zu unterscheiden.
 +  - Im Gegensatz zu "​Nubsi"​ haben wir wieder aufgehört am Düsendurchmesser rumzuspielen um mehr Materialfluss zu bekommen. Unser neues [[E3D-Hotend]] hat eine sehr gute Durchflussrate.

 +Es hat sich herausgestellt,​ dass die offenen Deckflächen eine Vorstufe zur Unterextrusion sind. In beiden Fällen reicht der Extrusionsvolumenstrom nicht aus um mit der Druckkopfgeschwindigkeit mitzuhalten.
 +In den neuen Cura-Versionen gibt es ausserdem einen Flow-Parameter mit dem man prozentual mehr oder weniger Filament während dem Druck verlangen kann. Allerdings muss das Hotend solche Extrusionsraten dann auch unterstützen können. Siehe hierzu den Artikel über [[Extrusion|Extrusion im 3D-Drucker]].
